Make a Payment

Payments are required to be made by the due date listed in your contract. Interest charges (which accrue each day your payment is past due) and, if applicable, late fees will be applied to your account when it is in a past-due situation. To help you make your payment on time, we offer a variety of payment options.

You have plenty of other things to worry about, so let us handle your vehicle payment. Sign up today for Auto Pay and your scheduled payments will be automatically deducted from your personal checking or savings account and credited to your account by the payment due date.

Complete the Auto-Pay Enrollment Form and fax it 941-365-0379. Once your Auto Pay enrollment has been accepted, your account will be updated to reflect Auto-Pay participation in approximately five to seven business days.

Refund Policy


This Refund Policy applies to credit card payments made to Casey's Auto Wholesale.

Casey's Auto Wholesale will only issue refunds on credit card payments in cases of fraud or customer input error. Request for Refunds should be made no later than 30 business days after the payment post.

Request submitted after the 30 days will not be refunded. A valid reason is required for a refund. In cases of fraud, the customer must sign affidavit from the bank or the agency issuing credit card.

If you wish to make a request for a refund, please email us at We will respond within 2 business days. If you qualify for a refund, payment will be posted to your account in 5 business days from the confirmation date that was given to you for a refund.

To cancel Auto-Pay, simply provide a 14-day written notice from each person named on the relevant account and we'll process the cancellation.

If you change financial institutions or accounts, you may stop payment of a debit entry by providing written notification to us prior to closing or changing your account.
